eCollections provides an easy to use template builder for clients to import data into the collection system. Drag and drop the source fields to their destination to create an unlimited number of reusable templates - no IT degree required. Even though it's an easy process many clients prefer to have us normalize, clean, and import their data. One client recently quipped, “I couldn't do all that you do at twice the price!” Our team takes pride in making that statement true.
Data comes from many different sources in many different formats. Handling various formats is easy with the template builder, but the #1 problem we see is dirty data. Unlike other systems eCollections has specific controls to ensure that only clean data goes in. Each file, regardless of source or contents is standardized, cleaned, and prepared for import. From there it goes through a rigid quality assurance (QA) process and is tested in our sandbox environment for accuracy and a proper load. After passing a final QA stage the new accounts are loaded into production and ready to work.

eCollections is built for speed and is highly scalable. We currently have customers with more than 1,200 concurrent users, 30 million active accounts records, and single databases larger than 250 GB.
