Collection letters, dunning notices, monthly statements, and payment coupons are vital to creditors and collection agencies alike. eCollections gives more options for letters and notices than any other debt collection software.
eCollections has it's own internal letter generator to create and store and unlimited number of letter templates without the need for additional software. Each letter can be secured for viewing, sending, and editing. As letters change and go through the review and approval process eCollections tracks all version changes of the letter to ensure that the latest version is available for use.
Microsoft Word and Corel WordPerfect are also integrated and supported by eCollections allowing companies to use the word processing program they are accustomed to. eCollections means freedom and flexibility.

Collection agents select from available letters based on their individual security rights, merge account data into it, and then either print it immediately or send it to a queue to be printed later. Enable barcoding of letters and instantly flag accounts with a bad address without ever opening the returned mail.
Letters can be printed locally or outsourced to the vendor of your choice. Sentinel has negotiated agreements with some preferred vendors that have proven their reliability and quality.
