When companies choose eCollections they not only get "powerfully simple" collection management software tools, they get the entire hardware store!  eCollections software is flexible and easy to integrate other applications with.  It only makes sense to work with partners who provide a complementary best of breed solution.

eCollections does not handcuff clients to an inferior in-house product or an exclusive vendor arrangement like some of our competitors do. Clients have a free choice from any vendor on the market, whether they are current partners or not.  The architecture of eCollections makes integration quick and relatively painless.

There is good reason to choose a trusted eCollections partner.  Why?  Is it because we get a royalty or kickback?  Not at all.  eCollections is a different kind of company and in fact receives ZERO compensation from most of our partners.  Partners are recommended because they bring value to eCollections clients and enhance the overall solution to increase revenue and profits. 

Many companies want to partner with eCollections, but not all companies qualify to be an eCollections Alliance Partner.  We are not technology snobs but do carefully screen partners and stand behind our recommendations to clients.  Beyond financial stability partners must meet the following criteria:

1. Best of breed technology. eCollections Alliance Partners must have a solution that is on par or ahead of the market.  It's great if a company has been around since 1980 but if their technology hasn't been improved since then, we cannot recommend them.  Again, if that is what a client wants, we will work with anyone to turn lemons into lemonade.

2. Commitment to outstanding customer service.  eCollections spends significant time and money on customers. We expect that same commitment from our partners.  When support is needed both companies must be eager to solve the issue and willing to go the extra mile.  No finger pointing.

3. Commitment to a tightly integrated solution.  Anyone can tie a string between a couple of tin cans and call it an integrated communications platform.  With eCollections the solutions should work together well, almost where the user is not sure where one ends and the other begins.
