Training
Sentinel will provide you with as much free training as you need. We can do this because eCollections is highly intuitive and easy to use. Minimal time is required for collectors to be highly effective, enabling quick liquidation and rapid ROI.
Import and Export Service
You can use our import and export tools but you don't have to. We'll import accounts for you and deliver it to you by 5:00p.m. (CST) the next business day. Guaranteed. In order to keep getting better, we've recently started a program where all of our eCollectionsASP customers receive one FREE import per month. Also, new eCollectionsASP customers receive three free imports.
Report Writing
eCollections comes with almost a hundred standard reports. If you need a report that isn't already there we'll build it for you.
