For example, you will use the filter tool to move accounts belonging to a specific client with debtors that reside in Ohio to specific collectors. Also, you'll use the filter tool to create Virtual Queues, or custom queues that contain only accounts with debtors that reside in the Central time zone with a balance over $500. Using the Filter tool you can combine criteria to define the population of accounts to whatever extent necessary.
