eCollections is integrated with Microsoft Word™ so that you can easily create letter templates with required merge fields to support any lettering requirements including bulk and automated lettering of your consumers. Integrated with several letter service vendors, our system can be configured to automatically generate letters to consumers who can then be directed to the eCollections Consumer Portal  to review and sign documents and arrange payments enabling a completely automated collection process.
